It is the end of a term now. We’re going to have some of the subjects’ final exams in a few days. Today we did our history exam. After the exam I felt very upset, because I thought I had did it extremely badly. Quite a few answers were different from my classmate’s. Just then the math class began. Our teacher made us do another paper (not exam tho) and corrected them soon as we had finished. I had made very silly mistakes. Since yesterday I didn’t do well in my Chinese paper, I became quite annoyed, but I didn’t express it out. When I was angrily sitting in my chair, my desk-mate came towards me, ‘What’s wrong Carol?’ ‘You are so cool. ‘it meant I didn’t like to talk to somebody. I can’t explain it very clearly in English. As a result, I sat on the stairs during the whole p.e. class, watching my good friend playing badminton with another. She said she was going to talk to me later but she didn’t. Later on she did came but only said one sentence, then went back playing badminton. I have been stressful since weeks ago and I don’t know how to get rid of it. As you can see, it’s getting worse and worse and negative things kept bumping into my life. What should I do?

We do write "though" as "tho" in text speech, just be aware it's not adopted as a correct spelling of the word
I had made very silly mistakes.
SinceBecause of yesterday, I didn’t do well ion my Chinese paper,. I became quite annoyed, but I didn’t express it outwardly.
Whilen I was angrily sitting angrily in my chair, my desk-mate came towards me and said, ‘"What’s wrong, Carol?’ ‘ You are so cool.quiet."
I don't know what the best equivalent would be for the word in your language, but I wouldn't use "cool" here. You can say "cold" but it has a negative connotation, like the person not speaking is being deliberately rude. To be neutral, you can say the person is being quiet (which signifies they are unusually quiet).
‘it meant I didn’t likewant to talk to someanybody.
See my Chinese version) ‘, "Are you upset?’ ‘" " What’s literactually wrong, Carol?’ " "Wasn’t that annoying as well?!"
Therefore, I felt terrible and my tears even came outI even started to cry.
What you wrote is correct but would sound a bit unnatural
As a result, I sat on the stairs during the whole p.e.PE
You could write it as P.E. too but it needs to be capitalized either way
class, watching my good friend playing badminton with another friend.
Your sentences got broken up by mistake, so I am treating this as part of the same sentence above. If the second player was not another friend, write it as "with someone."
She said she was going to talk to me later, but she didn’t.
Later on, she did caome over, but only said one sentence, and then went back playing badminton.
I have been stressful sinceed for weeks ago and I don’t know how to get rid of ithis feeling.
As you can see, it’s getting worse and worse, and negative things keept bumping into my life.
Feedback
I'm sorry you're having a hard time. My advice would be to not be too critical about your school work. The fact that you care about your grades is a great sign, I'm sure you're a very good student. If you study diligently and do your best, I think you have no reason to feel upset. If you are truly struggling with poor grades despite putting in real effort, maybe you should reach out to your teachers or parents for advice. Mental health is important, please take care of yourself and do what's best for you in any case.
