Female workforce in Japan
I believe it is important to enable men and women to work equally. To achieve this equality, we need to make it easier for women whose children have grown up to return to their jobs. These days, many women do not have children because they think it will be difficult to get back their workplaces once they leave. It is true that it is up to each women to decide whether to have children, but the situation is so bad that the number of children is half as large as that of 50 years ago, and the population of Japan is getting small every year.
