Feeling more Comfortable with my Pregnancy
I found out two weeks ago that I'm pregnant, so I'm still learning how to deal with all of this. My husband and I have been learning how to eat better, what I can do at the gym, how to deal with morning sickness, and other things. I felt a certain disconnect between my body and my mind. I just needed to go to the doctor, see my baby, and hear its heartbeat to feel that it was real. Yesterday we had that appointment, and it was like a balm for my life. I got everything I needed. Everything is fine, so not the next step is to prepare how we are going to share the news, first with our parents.
