I have really appreciated manyall the feedbacks I've received for my current posts and been surprised that most of them were full of praises no matter how Iit was mostly full of praise, even when I had made a lot of mistakes.

"feedback" theoretically is an uncountable noun (so you can't pluralize it), and in "full of praise", "praise" generally isn't pluralized.

I think such a culture is good for keeping your motivation.

Even if language learners know how difficult you write diary in foreign language that make senseit is (it can be) to write diary entries that make sense in foreign languages, we aren't accoustomed to being praised here in Japanese.

"praise in Japanese" would mean "nihongo de homeru", using the Japanese language TO praise someone.

There are fulla lot of people who take someone's mistakes seriously andquibble about other people's mistakes and criticize them to feel a superiority by criticizing them (in Japan).

"quibble" is a very useful verb when you want to say "argue over details, petty matters"
