Tomorrow is themy last day I go tof school in Spain.

We use "my" and drop the "I got to school" here because it's your last day of school in Spain and that covers the "going" aspect.

It was a great experience thatbecause I learned both English and Spanish at the school.

"It was a great experience" is the result and "because" tells us why you had a great experience. Since you already mentioned "school" in the previous sentence, it can be optional to include it in this one.
