Fear of rejection and self-confidence

One of the biggest fears of a person is being turned down. How many times we think more than twice before taking a decision or, perhaps, asking for something because we are frightened by our uncertainties.
This regard got me thinking, is it really that scary being rejected ?. Life is a blow, and before you know life is over. So, I have realized that it is actually better to be rejeted than living resentful for not following your dreams owning to your apprehensions.
Addicionally, we will never be able to completely neglect the fear of other reprovals, and we actually should not do it. Fear is an important aspect of human nature and keeps alive in situations of risk. The point is to find an ideal balance between taking actions and being concerned about those actions outcomes, and the answer for that is developing assertiveness and confidence.
With the aim of achieving confidence we need to look in ourselves and ask " what will it take for me to validate myself?". When you find the response to this question, you will be one step closer to have true confidence. Therefore, once you have become truly confidence, the fear of rejection will be outweighed by your dreams and ambitions,

I corrected the grammatical mistakes, but in my opinion the essay would have flowed better without the parts about why fear is necessary, or with a different conclusion. Great work.
