About...

Losing a job is a huge grief.
In this situation, you can feel trapped.
It seems like there's no way out, and the only way to stop the unbearable suffering is to commit suicide.
When you're in that much pain, it’s easy to see death as the only way to stop it, the only way to find peace from the unbearable. It feels like the ultimate escape.
But no one truly knows what's on the other side. No one has any objective or reliable information on the subject…
We all have our ideas and beliefs about death, but It's the ultimate unknown.
What if it's not an escape?
What if the pain doesn't end?
You're in a terrible place now, but can you be absolutely certain that ending things won't just make everything infinitely worse, in ways we can't even imagine?
You mentioned jail as another possibility. What can you do right now, in this moment, to try and help yourself instead of hurt yourself or others? Jail won't make you feel better.
You had a good job. And you know what? You've already been able to get it once! What have you done before that you were able to get this job?
What can you do now to improve the situation?

Corrections

Losing ayour job is a huge griefblow.

"grief" is uncountable so you don't use "a," and I can't really explain why but we don't say that something "is grief" either

We all have our ideas and beliefs about death, but Iit's the ultimate unknown.

If you were capitalizing "it's" for effect, then you should also capitalize "death"

What if it's not an escape?

What if the pain doesn't end?

You're in a terrible place now, but can you be absolutely certain that ending things won't just make everything infinitely worse, in ways we can't even imagine?

You mentioned jail as another possibility.

This is a little confusing for the reader since jail wasn't mentioned previously (I'm assuming this post must be your response to someone you're talking to somewhere else)

What can you do right now, in this moment, to try and help yourself instead of hurt yourself or others?

Jail won't make you feel better.

You had a good job.

And you know what?

You've already been able to get it once!

What havedid you done before that you were able to getresulted in you getting thisat job?

You could say "before that made you able to get that job?" but it sounds a little awkward to me

What can you do now to improve the situation?
