Favourite TV Show
Recently I've been re-watching Doctor Who. It's a British Sci-Fi series dating back to the 1960s. I don't watch a lot of TV but if I must pick a favourite show, Doctor Who would be it. Last time I watched it was during Peter Capaldi's run as the titular Doctor, sometime around 2015, and I only caught up to the 9th season. This time I'm going to start from the beginning of Modern Who again. Actually it's surprising how little I remember from my first time watching. I'm now only at season 2, but there has been many times where I went "No way! Did this actually happen? I have no idea!" I'm wondering: am I lucky in a way because I'm getting to enjoy the show like it's new for the second time? Maybe having bad memory isn't so bad after all.
最近我在重新看《神秘博士》。它是一个从上世纪60年代开拍的英国科幻电视剧。我不怎么看电视，但是如果我非要选一个最喜欢的电视剧，我会选这部。我上一次看这部剧还是2015年左右，而且我只追到了第9季。这次我要从第1季开始从头再看一遍。实际上我很惊喜地发现很多剧情我已经完全忘记了。我现在只看到了第2季，但我已经有很多次不自觉地惊叹：“什么？真的发生了这样的事？我完全不记得了！”我在想：我是不是很幸运，因为我就像是从新看了一遍这部剧。也许记性不好也没有那么坏。
