I have loved pizza since the first time I tried it! I have tasted it in many different versions of itself, but my favourite is the classic one, crunchy bread, tomato sauce and some pepperoni. I also like to cook it with pita bread when I'm on a diet, and I don't want to do the full dough, also is really quick to do and I really like the taste, as it is a thin pizza and it isn't that huge, is great for dinner meal.

The "bread" of a pizza is called the crust.
I also like to cookmake/bake it with pita bread when I'm on a diet, and I don't want to doeat the fulnormal dough,. It is also is really quick to domake and I really like the taste, as it is. It's like a thin pizza and it isn't that huge, is greatcrust and it's the right size for dinner meal.
This sentence was probably just too long, which made it difficult to understand grammatically. It's often better to try to more, shorter sentences, which is often what natives do anyway.

I am not sure whether you want to say "... don't want to do the make the full dough. " or "... don't want to do the eat the full dough."
You could try using words like 'moreover' instead of 'also', so the sentence could be "Moreover, it is really quick to do..." or "Moreover, it is really quick to make..."
You could say "... I enjoy the taste..." instead of " ... I really like the taste..."
What you have written makes sense, but I am suggesting some other options that could be useful for you.

Thin-crust pizza and is less heavy, and is great for dinner meal.
