What was or is your favorite subject in school? Why do you like it? What are your best memories related to it?
Favorite subject

I would to say that I like literature. Probably I like not as subjest but for my beloved teacher. I have to admit that I often slept in her lessons but I can still remember her voice and how she was reading for us with great enthusiasm. I guess I was sleeping due her voice because he was so calm. She not one of those who to tell us off but she can do it only in case of critical need, as an example when I was dating with my classmate, she allowed us to talk to each other within reason. I already didn't see her for five years because of distance learning and I graduated the school, but I can feel that I'm starting to miss her.

Probably I like it not as a subjest but forct itself but because of my beloved teacher.

"[noun] itself" is a good way of indicating you're talking about the specific concept (in this case to negate it)

She was not one of those who towould tell us off often but she canwould do it only in case of critical need, as anfor example when I was dating with my classmate, she allowed us to talk to each other within reason.

Adding "often" (or "constantly", "a lot", etc.) to contrast with "only in case of critical need".
