Oops I just noticed this. Say “ten kinds of monsters” or “ten different monsters.” You dont need both kinds and different because they both imply the same thing.

I would say "because it allows you to turn into ten different kinds of monsters". "Different kinds" has a more natural adjective order than "kinds of different", even though both are correct. "It" also sounds more natural because you introduced the watch earlier in the sentence. Both of these are nitpicks though, the sentence is grammatically correct.
