My first weekend after my work abroad has been finished. I go to the meetings with my friends, made i little shopping for myself, tried our national dishes because it was a lot of time that I don't eat it. And also first time I go to a mountains, I really liked it, it was relaxing for me.
When I'm talking with my friends I don't have a big problems with English, but when I try to make a sentence I feel like my brain start to forget all of the vocabulary.
For me it's really easy to understand English, but can you give me an advise to strengh my vocabulary?

"has been finished" is more used for tasks where effort is needed to complete them, rather than for time passing.

"went" is the past tense of "go"
We talk about "doing" shopping, not "making shopping"
"I haven't X in a long time" or "it's been a long time since I X" is how we talk about it being a long time since you did some action.
And also for the first time I go to awent to some mountains, I really liked it, it was relaxing for me.

"a" is for single objects, but since you went to a group of mountains that you're not naming, then "some" is used

"advise" is a the verb of giving "advice" which is the noun.
"advice" is uncountable.
"strengthen" is the verb for "to make stronger", "strength" on its own is just a noun.

I've done a lot of SRS (e.g. programs like Anki) for learning Japanese, and that has helped me get some basic vocabulary, but also reading a lot has helped me build up my vocabulary there.

"Meeting" often carries a formal connotation. For casual situations, "meet up" (or "met up" here, since it was in the past) is what you use.

Regarding the problem of vocabulary: there's really no substitute for immersion. Read as much as you can read, and watch as much as you can watch, but they all need to be in English. And, it's always okay to look up, or ask about stuff you don't know or stuff you're not yet used to. Good luck!
