"Most medical doctors want to work in cities where they will make a lot of money. Yet in many rural areas there are not enough doctors. What are the reasons for this problem? How can it be solved?"

That means that doctors are neccesarly essential in our societies, but some issues have appeared in some countries where the distribution of the medical doctors are gathered in the big cities far away from the rural areas. I remember my friend who studied Medicine at college was sent to the rural area to work one year, after that, we learned that many people of rural areas need the doctors' help.
In conclusion, this problem can be solved to change our mind about living in big cities or rural areas, although it is the doctors' decision, but all these professionals must change their minds to help in many rural areas.
