In order to find more English resources abroad, I bought a US id of iPhone even though it was a bit difficult to use. But now, a tricky problem has happened: the US id can’t sign in and sign out. Under such circumstances, I can’t install or uninstall apps. I asked my local apple store and they said they didn’t have any method to deal with the problem. They suggested that I should ask Apple China for help. I communicated with the Apple service on my computer. They asked me some detailed questions. Finally, they requested me to send them the purchase invoice, repair card, serial number and other information to them online. So far I haven’t done that because these kinds of stuff are all at home, but these two days I haven’t gone home and I am at my mom’s house to take care of her. I always think the iPhone is difficult to use. It has so many limitations. All in all, Android phones are more convenient than iPhone to use.
