It’s off today, I enjoyed the private lessen of Pyratis. I like to exercise. Recently I tend to run even though I’m not in hurry. Thank s to this habit , even in a sudden situation, I can run suddenly.
今日は休みだ。ピラティスのプライベートレッスンに行ってきた。私は運動するのが好きだ。最近、急いでなくても走るようにしている。この習慣のおかげで、突然の場面でも走って息が切れないようになった。
