Exam

I have an exam on February 3rd for English. If I get a high score, I can move up to the next level course that can teach me translation and interpretation skills.
However, the pass rate in 10% in general.
I will make my best efforts during the next 2 weeks.

Corrections

However, the pass rate in 10% in generals around 10%.

Instead of saying "in general" you can say "around." "about 10%" is also okay.

Feedback

I just made on additional suggestion. Good luck with the test!

Thank you so much for correcting.😃

If I get a high score, I can move up to the next level course that can teach mescore sufficiently, I can progress to learning translation and interpretation skills.

This is how I would write more concisely

However, the pass rate ins 10% in general.

this would be more concise

Exam

I have an English exam on February 3rd for English.

It's more common to put the subject before "exam".

If I get a high enough score, I canwill move up to the next level (course that can teach me) where I will be taught translation and interpretation skills.

I think using "will" makes this sentence sound better. I also wouldn't say "next level course", I would say "next level" or "next course". "Enough" just implies that there is a threshold score

However, the pass rate ins 10% in general.

I will makedo my best efforts during the next 2 weeks.

"Do my best" sounds better

Feedback

Well done! Just some edits to make it sound more natural. I wish you the best of luck!
