I Miss Swimming

Since my surgery a one month ago, I can't practice my workout even I can't swimming. The doctor told me I can't any exercise until he prescribe my medical discharge.

Last days I felt a bit streess and a little bit anxiety, I think is caused I don't workout. I hope the doctor tell me "it's time to swimming or jogging or lifting weights".

When I do workouts regularly, my body felt better even the anxiety dissapear at 95% at least.

I had tryed with meditation and trying to keep the calm, however I feel my body give me workouts.

I hope today will be a day of medical discharge and I will be better.
