Yo soy una nina. Yo soy hablo ingles. Yo bebo agua.
I'm a girl. I speak Spanish. I drink water.
espagnñol
Yo sSoy una ninña.
You already conjugated the verb of "ser" to say I, so you don´t have to say it, it sounds more natural this way. Unless you really need to remark that you are the one doing it, then you would add it.
Yo soy hablo ingleés.
soy is from the verb ser - (to be), here you are saying I am speak english.
Here you can also take the "yo", because you are already conjugating the verb.
Yo bebo agua.
If you want to explain that you are doing it right now: Estoy bebiendo agua - I´m drinking water
