Guten Tag! Ich fand LangCorrect von Reddit. Ich habe Deutsch studiert für fünf Jahre. Davon abgesehen, Ich habe ständig im Zeit nicht studieren. Dadurch mein Deutsch ist nicht die Beste. Wie kann ich verbessern?

Hello! I found LangCorrect from Reddit. I've studied German for five years. That being said, I have not been completely studying in that time. As a result, my German is not the best. How can I improve?

While I don't think that Präteritum would be wrong in this sentence, Perfekt just sounds a lot more natural. And when we talk about websites, we usually use the preposition "auf".
Ich habe fünf Jahre Deutsch studiert für fünf Jahre.
We don't use "für" to express a duration like in English. Also note that we only say "studieren" when we study something at university, otherwise we use "lernen".
"Ich studiere Physik." - "I study physics at university (with physics as a major subject)."
"Ich lerne Physik." - "I'm studying physics (right now)."
Davon abgesehen, Ich habe ständig im Zeit nicht studierenich nicht ständig in dieser Zeit gelernt.
Because of the phrase in the beginning of the sentence there has to be an inversion of subject and verb.
"Zeit" is a female noun.
"nicht" belongs in front of "ständig" for the sentence to make sense.
Also, regardless of what you meant with "studieren" in the last sentence, in this one you have to use "lernen", because it refers to the act of practicing your language skills.
