My oldest son went to Tokyo today because he will take a graduate school entrance exam for Tokyo University tomorrow. This university is his second choice. I'm worried about the coronavirus infection because he hasn't been vaccinated yet.
明日、長男は東京大学大学院の入学試験を受けるので、今日、東京へ行きました。この大学は第2志望です。彼はまだワクチン接種を受けていないので、コロナの感染が心配です。

Technically fine, but better options:
