English Shadowing
I've been practicing English Shadowing for the last two days. At first, I found it was dull. But I told myself I must try to stick to it, otherwise I may miss out on a valuable study method. After reading continuously for an hour, I found I could speak some sentences easily with muscle memory, instead of having to think while speaking.
I think English Shadowing may be a valuable study method for me, I should stick to exercising every day.
