yesterday
Today, it was a day nothing special. Only I did were watching YouTube and doing weight training. It was a very boring day, but diets were yummy! I ate a steamed bread for breakfast, a chicken set meal for lunch, and cheese rice gratin. I cooked all of them! I don't know why meals made by myself are delicious like that. Although today dairy entry is as short as yesterday one, I'll finish writing it because I am very sleepy...
何もない日だったけど、ごはんが美味しかったです!w
今日は特に何もない日でした。ユーチューブを見ることと筋トレしかしていません。本当に退屈な日でしたが、ごはんは美味しかったです!朝は蒸しパン、昼はチキン定食、夜はチーズドリアを食べました。すべて自分で作りました!自分で作ったごはんは、何故あんなに美味しく感じるのでしょうか?今日の日記も昨日と同じくらい短いですが、すごく眠いので、これで終わりにしようと思います...
Although it was a day nothing happened, dishes were today, the food was yummy! w

I think you meant "steamed bun" but I could be wrong. I'm not sure what cheese rice gratin is but I'm assuming that was what you had for dinner

Dairy = cow product like milk🥛and cheese 🧀
Diary = a personal journal 📖📝 ✍️
Today's = possessive use of the apostrophe mark '
Example:
"Tom pen." (トムぺんです) ❌
"Tom's pen." (トムのぺんです) ✅
Apostrophe mark ' functions similarly to の in this example by indicating possession.
I'm = I am (contraction)

"w" as a laugh indicator is specifically a Japanese thing. The English equivalent would be "lol" or maybe the crying face emoji (though that emoji often gets considered a middle age person's emoji)
"dishes" can sometimes mean "varieties of food" but when you're talking about food that you ate, it's much more natural to use the simple word "food"

"only" is an adjective, it needs a noun to be apply it to.
"weight training" is a verb by itself, so it doesn't need "doing".

It was a very boring day, but the food was yummy!
"diets" makes people picture avoiding specific foods or reducing food intake to lose weight.
Although there's a meaning for "diet" which "the type of food someone regularly consumes", it's a relatively formal meaning and wouldn't get used in this context.
I ate a steamed breadun for breakfast, a chicken set meal for lunch, and cheese rice gratin.
I ate a steamed bun for breakfast, a chicken set meal for lunch, and cheese rice gratin.
"bread" is uncountable. You'd say "ate a steamed X of bread" like a steamed loaf or steamed bun. However, once you include the unit, you can then omit the word bread and it's more natural to do that.
I don't know why meals made bythat I make myself are delicious like that.
I don't know why meals that I make myself are delicious like that.
"made by me" or "that I make myself", but you can't swap "me" or "myself" in these phrases.

I'm not sure what a 'chicken set meal' is, you could say '4-piece chicken nugget meal' from McDonalds for example or a frozen 'chicken and rice bowl'. I would just describe what you ate "chicken and rice for lunch'
I cooked all of them! I cooked all of them!

I'm not understanding the last part. You didn't finish writing because you were sleep, unless the you add 'because I am very sleepy and want to go to bed after'. In this case you are motivated to finish so you can go to bed.
Maybe 'Although today's diary entry is just as short as yesterday's, I'm going to stop writing here because I am very sleepy.
