A Good Idea
I woke up around four this morning again. Afterwards, I went to pee and worked on some English learning tasks.
A few days ago, I searched on the RedNote and found some information on one-on-one speaking practice with native speakers.
I think the lesson price and duration are reasonable.
Each lesson lasts only 25 minutes, which I think is the best duration for ESL learners. If the lesson exceeds 25 minutes, learners will feel tired and can't concentrate on their studies.
Before, I knew about the 25-minute lesson, but it is only offered by Filipino teachers. It's very hard to access a 25-minute class offered by a native speaker.
On the RedNote, it seems that many people organize the one-on-one speaking practice offered by Northern Americans. The price of the lesson ranges from 30 to 45 RMB.
Before I knew this information, I booked lessons on Italki, an online language learning platform, but the shortest lesson duration is at least 30 minutes and the price is also a little expensive.
Right now, a good idea popped up in my mind: how about practicing speaking with each other on LC? We can help each other with writing. Why don't we help each other with speaking?
