Eating Gluten

Does eating gluten-free really make people healthier?

It depends. Recently we have seen a boom in products gluten-free. Some people claim that it makes sense to remove gluten from our diet, as our ancestors did not take it.

However, this affirmation depends on the zone you do the research. In some parts of the world our ancestors had a hunting diet, where fish and meat was the main source of food.

Whereas in some other places they would take a lot of milk and would plant crops. It is logical to think that their bodies adapted to this food. I think that taking gluten in moderation (as long as you are not intolerant) can be a great way of adding quick carbs to your diet, especially if you do sports.

Recently we have seen a boom in products gluten-free products.

Some people claim that it makes sense to remove gluten from our diet, as our ancestors did not takeeat it.

Since gluten is generally in foods, its a bit better here to say "eat it" rather than "take it". 'Take it' has a more medicinal meaning. "Take medicine" "Eat gluten" "Drink milk"

However, this affirmassertion depends on twhe zone you do the researchre the research was conducted.

Since already published research is the topic of the sentence, "you" isn't quite right here.

Note: "take" typically only applies to medicine/pills in English.

Thanks! Yeah it seems I used take as a filler haha.

And yeah the gluten is a protein, but I've always read that that kind of protein is not as "good" as the egg's one for example. It seems it's not "complete" and you need to eat other certain food to make the whole protein absorbable by the body. Whereas meat / eggs / milk gets absorbed right away (: That's the reason I just ignore gluten as protein when counting my macros hahaha
