Dinky

The following journal is written completely on a phone, so some unintentional mistakes can be found
and maybe some unnecessary emojis along 😂😂.
While I'm surfing the web today🌐, I've came across word dinky, an informal word, which means tiny and cute in British English 🇬🇧but tiny and undesirable in American English🇺🇸.
Which per se forms an opposite meaning for the exact same word.
As far as I know, I don't think there's a word in English that have opposite meaning not just different as the word dinky and maybe the word pants too 😂.
Do you think there is more? If so I'd love to hear them.
And if you are curious why this journal is so short? Don't worry it's just like the previous ones, basically "cuz" I'm lazy.

'Per se' is wrong here. It's hard to define but it can mean 'exactly'. EG: It's not exactly a good book per se but...' I think you'd want something like ironically here.
