Drink

I drink water on a daily basis because I think water is the best beverage. Of course, I sometimes enjoy tea, coffee, and sports drink in some situations. However, I don't drink juice, energy drink, or alcohol from a few years ago. When I was a junior high school student, I often drunk juice which includes a lot of sugar. At that time, I was a bit unhealthy and usually felt sluggish. Sometimes, I bought energy drinks in order to stay up all night before exams but it wasn't effective and I didn't prefer the taste and color. It is too chemical. Thus I realized it was better to stop drinking juice.
Tea and coffee are good, but I tend to go to a washroom when drinking them, so water is the best for me. If I drink tea before I watch a movie in a cinema, I can't endure leaving a seat.

In modern usage guides, drank is the past tense of drink, as in "I drank a lot last night," and drunk is the past participle (following "have"), as in "Yes, I have drunk wine before."

At that time, I was a bit unhealthy and usually felt sluggish.

Sometimes, I bought energy drinks in order to stay up all night before exams but it wasn't effective and I didn't preferlike the taste and color.

If you prefer something, you have to prefer it to something. For example: I prefer water to energy drinks.

Thus I realized it was better to stop drinking juice.

Tea and coffee are good, but I tend need to go to a wasthe bathroom whenafter drinking them, so water is the best for me.

Personally, I would call a washroom a 'loo', but Americans would probably call it the 'bathroom'.

If I drink tea before I watch a movie in a cinema, I can't endure the whole movie without leaving amy seat.
