Earlier today, I taught to my younger sister how to drew. First, I took a paper and a pencil. Second, I drew a big circle at the middle of the paper then I asked her, “let draw again what I drew”. In 30s later, she done. I was surprise, I did think she can’t even do it, but just 30s she draw a beautiful circle. Her circle was more beautiful than mine. I was happy about that. She just three years old and she can draw a circle in 30s. She must be a artist.

You can use "then" if you use first initially. For eg first, then, thereafter

She is just three years old and she can draw a circle in 30 seconds.
Second, I drew a big circle at the middle of the paper, then I asked her, “let draw again what I drew”."
You should have a comma before the "then", and the period should be inside of the quotations.
