When I was taking a shower yesterday, my bathroom's drain got clogged and the floor soaked ingot flooded with water.

Soaked might implicate the floor has water retaining properties. i.e. a rug or a sponge.

I thought I have to change the drain net, but I felt troublesome.

I might say something like "It was too troublesome" or "I felt too troubled to do it"
