One day, mom called my older sister to the front and said to her: "If one day I pass away, and cannot raise you up, sorry, you must go find your father." One day, mom called my older sister to the front and said to her: "If one day I pass away and cannot raise you, you must go find your father."

The "sorry" is grammatical, but it's unclear which part the mother is apologizing for: is it for being unable to raise the sister, or is it for the sister having to find her father? "Sorry" also sounds too informal for the solemnity of the rest of the quote. I would probably instead write "unfortunately" in whichever part of the sentence that you had in mind.

My father's address is: Jiuda 1 team, Mingjing commune, Jiangyou County, Sichuan Province.

My father's address is: Jiuda 1 tTeam, Mingjing cCommune, Jiangyou County, Sichuan Province. My father's address is: Jiuda 1 Team, Mingjing Commune, Jiangyou County, Sichuan Province.

I would be inclined to capitalize here, since we're translating from Chinese and aren't working with a language that already has a convention for how addresses are capitalized.

Wu Daishou.
