I took my friend's dogs to the dog run today. They are toy poodles and their names are Milk and Tea. These comes from milktea as you might think, because my friend really like milktea. It's funny. They are lively and like to play outside, so they looked really fun. In fact, I carried a dog for the first time today, so I was very nervous for fear that I might drop dog. And I thought spending time with dogs can heal mind. I had a blast today!
Dog run (or Dog Park)
Where I'm from, public places where you can take dogs to play are mostly called dog parks, and a dog run is more like an outside space in the dog owner's yard.
I took my friend's dogs to the dog run today.
They are toy poodles and their names are Milk and Tea.
These comes from milk tea as you might think, because my friend really likes milk tea.
It's funny.
They are livelyenergetic and like to play outside, so they looked reallylike they were really having fun.
"Lively" is also fine, but I think I might say "energetic."
"looked really fun" sounds like you think you would have fun because of the dogs. If the dogs are the ones who seem to be having fun, it needs the verb "have."
In fact, I carried a dog for the first time today, so I was very nervous for fear that I might drop the dog.
And I thoughtink spending time with dogs can heal mindis good for your mental health.
"Thought" might sound like you used to think that way, but you don't anymore, so I changed it to "think."
I had a blast today!

I'm not sure if this best conveys what you meant, but "look fun" is used more for indicating that something looks like it could be enjoyable, like in "This board game looks fun."
In fact, I carried a dog for the first time today, so I was very nervous for fear that I might drop the dog.
And I thought spending time with dogs can heal mind.ould be soothing!
This sounds like it is supposed to contrast with the previous sentence, but the contrast wasn't clear in the original form. To make it, you could use an exclamation mark, to indicate surprise; combine the two sentences; or expand on this one.
I had a blast today!

Some other corrections are suggesting that "dog run" is not so idiomatic, which may be the case. (I'm not a dog person, so I don't know.) However, I've heard the term before, when referring to sections of parks or backyards reserved for dogs.
