These days, the lowest temperature has reached 1 degrees Celsius, and you feel very cold when you wear autumn clothes. I think it would be time to wear cotton shoes and down jackets, but it doesn’t snow now. If I wore a pair of cotton shoes, I don’t know if I would look strange. But finally I didn’t care about this, I just wore them on, and I felt warmer immediately.

I don't know what you mean by cotton shoes here. Cotton shoes are a summer item and would get soaking wet in snow. Do you mean rubber shoes / boots / insulated shoes?

These days, the lowest temperature has reached 1 degrees Celsius, and you feel very cold (even) when you wear autumn clothes.

A) 1 degree is singular
B) Not sure what you mean here, as written it sounds like you mean you feel cold because you are wearing autumn clothes.
