Camping at a music festival is a good idea. People can dance, sing, drink, talk each other. However, it is not my hobby. I think it is a little noise. We can't talk so why we go there. We can have a camping at home. If i were there, i would have nothing to enjoy. Big sound can make me uncomfortable.

Camping at a music festival is a good idea.
People can dance, sing, drink, and talk to each other.
However, it is not my hobby.thing. / However it is not for me
"Hobby" implies something you do actively regularly (e.g. play piano, play sports, read, cook, etc.). This is about a preference.
I think it is a little noisey.
I removed "a little" because it doesn't fit within the context; I consider music festivals very noisy.
We can't talk / It's difficult to talk to people so why do we go there.?
"We can't talk" is fine, although is a little abrupt considering I don't know who the other subjects in "we" are.
"There" is optional - it's a bit more natural without.
We can have a camping at home.
If iI were there, iI would have nothing to enjoy / there would be nothing for me to enjoy.
BigLoud sounds can make me feel uncomfortable.
