I have no free time especially on weekdays. I always study English before going to work and after coming back home, so I even don't have a time to watch TV or make an espresso on weekdays. However, I can't help but study something everyday.
Do you think you have enough free time?

It's more natural with a comma before the especially.
However, I can't help but study something every day.

Since these are two clauses there should be something separating them such as a comma.
I always study English before going to work and after coming back home, so I even don't even have a time to watch TV or make an espresso on weekdays.
It's generally most natural for the "even" to come after "don't".
