Do you tend to be shy with people or sociable?

I am usually shy with people who I've never met. Although I love to talk about my interested topics like coffee or games, I can't notice whether people have interest about them or not. I think this is why I like to paint an oil painting at home.

Good job!

This is super relatable for me. I'm pretty shy and awkward around new people that I meet. Whenever I talk to them either about my hobbies or some other topic, I tend to overthink about if they're actually interested in the conversation or if they're just talking to be nice. Over time though, I'll notice that people will genuinely accept me. Even though I'm pretty introverted and tend to mind my own business, there have been times where coworkers will invite me to eat out after work.

Thank you so much for your careful corrections.
I still have many small mistakes, but I feel like I'm starting to write English a little more fluently.

The original text is technically correct, however it uses a lot of redundant words and makes it hard to follow. I removed a lot of the extra words and fixed the tenses to make it sound more natural.

I tend to be very sociable! I enjoy talking to new people and getting to know them.

Pro Tip: If you're not sure if they're interested in what you're saying, ask them questions about themselves! Let them do the talking! 👍

Do you tend to be shy with people more shy or more sociable with people?

I am usually shy with people whom I've never met.

The last proposition could be rearranged into "I've never met whom (people)", so it functions as the object of the verb "to meat". In english we change the relative pronouns according to their function in a sentence. In this case, "who" becomes "whom" as it is the object, but if it indicated possesion it would become "whose": "I'm shy with people whose name is Thomas" meaning that the name OF (possession) the people is Thomas.
I hope it's all clar. There are differences if the pronoun refers to things and not people, but you can look it up online or on a book or just learn them as you encounter them in the future

Although I love to talk about the topics of my interested topics like coffee or (video)games, I can't noticetell whether people havare interest abouted in them or not.

Topics are NOT interested, but they are of your interest. Also, you're interested in them! It's a subtle but crucial difference.

I think this is why I like to paint an oil painting at home.

"To oil paint" is a viable verb
