Actually I don't like my boss because his sense is still old. He believes that all people who work in office should go to drink alcohol together so that they get along well. However I can't drink at all. I'm often said by him to go to drink, and it's very bothersome.

I gave two options here, the latter being more casual.

"Go out to drink" already implies alcohol, no need to state it unless you want to insist on it.
However, I can't drink at allcohol.
Here, it would be good to say "alcohol" for emphasis

I hate when managers pressure employees on how to spend their free time. If workers WANT to hang out, great, but there should be no obligation. We already spend so much time together.
I also hate when anybody pressures anyone to drink alcohol! Shameful on his part.
