Do you like dancing?

Actually, I don’t that like dancing. I definitely prefer relaxing indoor quietly while painting and enjoying an espresso instead of making noise at night clubs or party. However, I’m interested in watching dance performances as a show. I think that’s an art and the fruit of hard work.

Corrections

Actually, I don’t that like dancing that much.

I definitely prefer relaxing indoor quietly while painting and enjoying an espresso instead of making noise at night clubs or partying.

Matching the tense of "partying" to "making noise at night clubs"

However, I’m interested in watching dance performances (as a show).

You can omit "as a show" as it's implied by the context here. But it's fine to leave it in too.

I think that’s an art and the fruit of hard work.

Thank you very much for your careful corrections.
Even if there's something I want to write, it's really difficult to know how to express it well.
Perhaps it would be better to pare down what I want to say and write it simply.

Actually, I don’t that like dancing.

I definitely prefer relaxing indoors quietly while painting and enjoying an espresso instead of making noise at night clubs or party.ies.

However, I’m interested in watching dance performances as a show.

“As a show” doesn’t make sense here, so you can just remove it

I think that’s an art and the fruit of hard work.

No idea what this means. Were you trying to directly translate a phrase from your native language to English?
