The one item I carry with me at all time is my iPad. I can watch YouTube and study English and so on with it. I've been looking for a new app that I can develop my listening skill in English. Do you know some?
Do yYou hHave aAn iItem tThat yYou cCarry wWith yYou aAt aAll tTimes?
Capitalism in the title is necessary and “times” is more proper than “time”. Yet, you can’t argue with a title.

Although time as a concept is pretty much infinite and intangible, think of this as "instances".

Great job!
I don't have any apps that I can recommend, but I've taken a look at some websites that might be good resources to learn from.

While your original sentence was not incorrect, we generally try to avoid consecutive "and"'s by use of commas.
I've been looking for a new app that I can develop my listening skills in English with.
Do you know of some?
"know of" means "to know about the existence of". It would make the most sense in this sentence. Conversely, to "know" an app means to be extremely and personally familiar with it.

Well, podcasts are probably a good way to practice listening. "Podcasts" should be a pre-installed app on your iPad (and all Apple devices), and I've used it to listen to Japanese podcasts myself. Generally, YouTube and Podcasts should be sufficient, especially given just how much content exists on English YouTube.
