I was born and raised in France. In France the language is french and there is no second language.
Now I live in Canada. French is spoken in the province of Quebec, French and English are spoken in the New Brunswik, and English is spoken in the others provinces.

The way you wrote it isn't technically wrong, but it's a little awkward. Another way to say it would be, "Is there a second official language spoken in your country?"

Beau travail! :) Moi, j'habite aux Etats-Unis et donc on n'a pas de langue officielle, mais ici à New York City on en a beaucoup (they're not officially official, but all the same we have lots of them!).
