I have something I would like to ask. Regarding "having too much body fat" from the sentences below, I have a question. I thought that "having too much body fat" meant "being too fat". But my teacher told us in class that "having too much body fat" meant "eating too much fatty food". I was wondering if my teacher's interpretation was correct.

I'm not too sure about the difference myself, I am definitely not a health expert and they sound the same to me. lol

Huh, that's interesting. I've always been drilled by my teacher to not use words like "but" or "and" to start sentences

Thank you very much for your feedback. It seems like I should avoid starting sentences with and. However, I learned some say that sentences starting with FANBOYS are acceptable. I am so glad that I learned a lot from you guys. I really appreciate it:)
