Dinner time
I don't look up an atmospheric temperature today. But it seems to be similar to yesterday. It is nearing twilight. I am considering what I will eat as a dinner, yakitori, McDonald's, or something else. It is because McDonald's in Japan today started to re-offer the popular ever menu including Texas Burgers. The sale will, though, be for a limited time. Since the price of a Texas Burger is the same as a ''Double'' Big Mac cost at 490 yen, even if I order it, I will do as much as one burger with other choices.

''Cost'' here is a past participle. But can't you say it? I underscored ''double'' because this is not a normal Big Mac for letting them understood distinctive. ''Do'' means order because it looks like a repetition to avoid. The temperature has many meanings, so I wanted to add it.
I am bad at punctuation. So I got to want to practice '':.'' Thank you.

Oh, I see. You were using "cost" as a verb. I thought it was a noun. Still though, I think it would make the sentence awkward to use it that way. You could say something like: "Since the Texas Burger and Double Big Mac cost the same (490 yen)...."
For the quotation marks, I think it would be better to put it in italics (although I don't think you can do that on this website).
