Dieting and home office

I work as a programmer in a society in Antananarivo. Since the beginning of the pandemic in 2019, I started working from home.
At this time I had a sane daily routine. I wake up at 5:00 AM, I go to jogging in the avenue, after that I get back home and shower. At 6:30 I start preparing the breakfast. At 7:30 the breakfast is over, then I washthe dishes. After that, I have time to read until 9:00, because I have to prepare for work. I start working at 10:00 AM. I make sure to drink enough water. And there comes the trouble, whe I'm working from home, I tend to crave for food. I can have a proper breakfast , and still crave for another food few hours after that. I finish work at 7:00PM. After that I prepare for diner.
Since I always crave for food, I have snacks twice a day, which mean I have more food that when I work in the office. Consequently I gain some weight. And now, all my clothes are tight. I have to start a diet. It is one of my resolution to lose weight. But since then, I could not start, due to my lack of self control. It is really hard for me because as an adult, I can afford to buy every snacks I want, whenever I want.
To overcome this, I started to talk about my will to start a diet around me. So that, whenever I crave for snacks, they will remind me about my diet and my goals to lose weight. Now it seems to me like a long journey, because I enjoy food so much. I have to eat as less as carbohytrates as possible, including rice, pasta, potatoes, bread, cake, chips, sugar in all types. And eat vegetables, meat and sometimes fruit.
It requires discipline and consistency. I really hope I can do it, because I don't want to upgrade my wardrobe.
