Yesterday was a stressful day, I had been doing a lot of things on my house. I was instalating shutters on my windows, but I didn't know how. At least, after almost four hours I did it, wasn't easy but I did it. Before this, I was studying half morning, from 8 AM to 11 AM, I was practicing my English comprehension, listening, writing and I was learning too the modals verbs. I would be better on the use of these. At afternoon, after everything I gone to the gym, it was almost 6 PM, there was a lot of people, so, I didn't train enough as when I go at 2 PM, when the gym is empty.

Every comma is a breath. Try using more periods to shorten sentences.

I wouldill be better on the use of these.
"would" is used for hypotheticals, like "If you had studied, you would be better (but you didn't study, so you aren't)". In this case you're talking about an expectation, so "would" doesn't quite fit.

There's two uses of "as". One is the "because" type of use, but that doesn't fit here, as it's not the state of the gym at 2pm that caused you to train less (it's the state of the gym at 6pm). The other is the comparison use, but that needs a comparison phrase like "as much as"
Yesterday was a stressful day, I had been doing a lot of thingprojects oin my house.
Using projects or renovations or repairs on your house makes it sound a bit more fluent. Also 'on' your house means you were standing ON it, like you were doing something on the roof. But IN your house means inside, like doing the windows. These are very specific corrections, they just make you sound more fluent.
I was instalatling shutters on my windows, but I didn't know how to do it.
Just spelling. Adding 'to do it' just makes it sound more full and fluent.
At least, after almost four hours I did it, it wasn't easy but I did it.
This is just a high-level fluency thing, but 'at least, after almost 4 hours' sounds very redundant/repetitive. Adding 'it' after the comma also just makes it more fluent and like a full sentence.
Before this, I was studying for half of the morning,: from 8 AM to 11 AM, I was practicing my English comprehension, listening, writing and I was learning too the modals verbs.
These corrections are hard to explain. But it just flows better and is more fluent. Also there is a difference between to and too. to = I went to the store, I listened to music in the car; too = I ate too much, she's coming to the party too. 'Too' always means in addition/as well.
I would be better on the use of theseThese make my English better.
I see what you're trying to say. This is just a better way to say that.

English is rough, I'm sorry. We would say 'in the morning, in the afternoon, but at night' I cannot tell you why this makes sense. Went is a better way to say past-tense travel (I went to the gym). I understood 'I didn't train enough' but 'I didn't train as much' is a better way to compare 6pm to 2pm training.
