These days I've been so busy, I can't wrote something here because I got no time, my job lets me so tired.
As usually, I've been going to the gym to do my daily routine, sometimes it is about train my chest, or bicep, or tricep, etc... but today it was (I already went) about cardio, I did almost 1 hour and burned 320 k/cal.
I also can't study English, but slowly I'll return to my routine as normal and practice more.
These daysLately, I've been so busy,. I can't wroite someanything here because I gothave no time,; my job letaves me so tired.
"These days" is more for speaking generally. Examples: These days, kids would rather watch TikTok than go play outside. People are so rude these days.
For describing what is happening in your life, "lately" or "recently" are better options
As usually, I've been going to the gym to do my daily routine as usual, sometimes it is abouto train my chest, or biceps, or triceps, etc... but today it was (I already went) about cardio,. I did almost 1 hour and burned 320 k/cal(kcals / calories).
It's weird, but in English we refer to "calories" to mean kilocalories.
I also can'tdon't have time to study English, but slowly I'll return to my normal routine as normal and practice more.
The reason you can't study English is because you don't have time, and this is typically how we'd say that
