Diary 1-1

I planned to get up at 7:45 am today.
But I don't until 8:15 am, for a winter vacation.
I boiled a bowl of congee (contains various grains) left yesterday and an egg for my breakfast.
After that, I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and went to the bathroom.
I started learning English at 10 am, focusing on listening and business oral English.

You could also say "leftover congee."

"Studying" sounds more like something you've been doing for a while, and using "English" twice in one sentence is a little redundant.
