Thoughts after working in an isolation point for a period.
A young generation is always better than an old generation in terms of work. The former are active, energetic, nimble and efficient.
Our Covid prevention works still have many shortcomings, and there are a lot of spaces that need to be improved.

I think instead of "spaces" you meant something like a specific policy, rule, or regulation, but colloquially I think most people would just say "things" in spoken English

Because of the pandemic, our district set many isolation points to isolate people who are in contact with people Covid positive. I was assigned to work at this kind of point by the government to manage these people who are in isolation. After that, I have some thoughts about the isolation policies.

ahh ok, i was thinking that as an alternative, but most people typically mean what i had written so i just ignored it. should've included it >:(
"thoughts after working in an isolation point for a while" could work then, but i think "thoughts after working in a quarantine (station/location)" or "thoughts after working in a COVID-isolation holding area / facility / location" or something like those would be even more clear.
