When I first met Shestopal Oleg, who was an ordinary teacher, rather famous between japanese learners of my city, I wasn't quite interested.
Oleg looks as though he's a young man in his 20s. However, later I found out that he's a 37-year-old man. He is a well-builed, has a hooked nose, a cropped brown hair and twinkling indigo eyes.
Although he gives the impression of being an introvert, not really sociable and friendly, in fact, he is an outgoing, confident and generous person. For instance, In spite of being very busy about 12 hours per day, he always responds his students' answers in detail, backs them up. He is a loyal friend for them. By the way, his written in a pedantic hand notes are amazing.
The better I got to know him, the more fascinating Oleg appeared to be. In fact, he's been working for 10 years as electrician, therefore he is good at science. He is also interested in hystory, music, reads a lot, does exercises everyday and knows anatomy better than me, being an artist.
As time passes, I've head over heels for Oleg Shestopal and still have the strongest feelings to him, which, fortunately, are mutual ☺

It doesn't sound right to say someone was "ordinary" and "rather famous".
In English, if you say you are not interested in someone without additional context, it typically means you are not interested in them from a dating perspective.
Oleg looks as though he's a young man in his 20s.
However, later I found out that he's a 37- year-s old man.
You don't need to repeat his gender here.
He is a well-builedt, has a hooked nose, a cropped brown hair and twinkling indigo eyes.

You might say something like "He is a committed teacher to his students".

He is a well-builedt, has a hooked nose, a cropped brown hair and twinkling indigo eyes.
Although he initially gives the impression of beingthat he's an introvert, or that he's not really sociable andor friendly, he is in fact, he is an outgoing, confident and generous person.
You could also say, "Although he comes off as an introvert and doesn't seem particularly sociable or friendly at first, he is actually an outgoing, confident and generous person."
I'd probably say it like this.

"therefore" sounds a little formal in this context though. I might just say, "He's been working as an electrician for 10 years, and so he's quite good at science."
He is also interested in hyistory, and music,. He reads a lot, does exercises everyday, and knows anatomy better than me, being an artist.
