It's been a long time that I woke up at 12pm. Recently, I had trouble falling asleep and I didn’t sleep well. I thought I have a good memory while I was memorizing English vocabularies. I don’t want to take a semester exam.

It's been a long time thatsince I woke up at 12pm.

Not exactly clear but this is if you woke up at 12, and it has been long time since then.

Recently, I had trouble falling asleep and I didn’t sleep well.

I thought I have a good memorymy memory was good while I was memorizing English vocabularies.

This sounds more natural to me.

I don’t want to take a semester exam.
