It's already 5 pm, although I haven’t studied yet. I was planning not to study today in the first place, but I just happened to watch a English learning video on youtube. After watching it, I thought I should study today, so I’ll study.

5時なのにまだ勉強をしていない。そもそも今日は休もうとしていたのだが、ユーチューブで勉強動画をたまたま見たら、勉強をしなきゃいけないような気がしてきた。後で勉強しようと思う。

It's already 5 pm, although I haven’t studied yet.

I wasn't planning not ton studying today in the first place, but I just happened to watch an English learning video on yYoutTube.

This sounds more natural; alternatively you could write, "I was planning to not study today anyway, but…" (even though it's not technically grammatically correct to split "to study" with "not," most people will)

After watching it, I thought I should study today, so I’ll study.
