I must study for semester exams even during Christmas holidays. Even many foreign people who love holidays hate Christmas holidays. Tomorrow is Christmas and I’ll skip writing an English diary only one day.
冬休みなのにsemesterのために勉強をしなくてはいけない。休みが大好きな外国人ですら冬休みは嫌っている。明日はクリスマスだから英語日記を1日だけさぼる。

I must study for semester exams even during the Christmas holidays.
I don't really know what semester exams are, but I would be inclined to say "final exams" or "midterm exams" (depending on the meaning) instead.
Tomorrow is Christmas and, so I’ll skip writing an English diary, but only for one day.
