Online classes started again today. I prefer face to face classes to online classes because face to face classes are easy to ask questions to teachers. I can't go out for 10 days to prevent the infection. During Christmas holidays, I have to stay at home.
オンライン授業がまた始まった。オンラインより対面授業の方が質問をしやすいし好き。
10日間は感染予防のため外出できない。だからクリスマスは家にいなくてはいけない。
I prefer face to face classes to online classes because in face to face classes are, it's easyier to ask questions to teachers.
"it's easy" is also grammatically fine, but the meaning would be a bit different. If you have "の方" in Japanese, the English should have a comparative adjective (比較級).
I can't go out for 10 days to preventavoid spreading the infection.
I'm assuming that the reason you can't go out is because someone in your bubble got COVID. In English, there isn't quite a word like "感染予防", and in this context, it's more natural to only talk about you spreading the infection.
特に、私が分かる範囲で「感染予防」には大体両方の意味があります。だがここで「感染を広げない」の方が強いけど、英語の "prevent the infection"だったら「自分が感染しない」という意味になってします。そもそも、"prevent the infection"は自然ではありません。場合によって、"avoid spreading the infection"か"avoid getting infected"の方が自然です。
DTherefore, during Christmas holidays, I have to stay at home.
Feedback
The phrase "prevent the infection" is a bit too ambiguous in English, so it would have been hard for me to understand what you meant without both the Japanese and the context from your December 17 post.
